A queer visual artist with mixed European and Indigenous Australian heritage born in Ipswich, currently living and working on Kombumerri Country – Hope Island, Gold Coast. Norton specializes in creating wool felt textiles and using botanical dyes and has been Artist in Residence.
Merinda is an artist using performance, movement, installation and conversation to ask how we might reorient towards deeper care and intimacy. Merinda’s work is inspired by the environment, human & more-than-human social & ecological structures and the possibilities available to us in future imaginings.
Glen is a Visual/Industrial designer, with an attraction to CAD/CNC workflow methodologies. Having worked in a range of lead Graphic Design roles, Glen transitioned to running his own business, ArcViz Studio, in 2015, where he services Architects and Property developers with high-end 3D rendered Architectural Visualisations.
Andy has been a long-term conservationist and advocate for the arts, especially public art. For over 30 years Andy has worked as a public servant in area of community engagement, science and natural resource management.
Ashley moved back to the mountain after living in Melbourne for 10 years. She has her degree in Graphic Design from SAE Creative Media Institute in Melbourne and works as Senior Concept Designer for Oxford University Press. She is the co-founder/co-creative director for her Melbourne based production company, Bitten By Productions, where her focus is producing, directing and designing. Working closely with each show’s writers/directors, providing fresh, innovative designs for all marketing collateral including, photoshoots, trailers, events, and social media campaigns.
