Registrations & Get Involved

Saturday 4 May to Sunday 12 May

Are you an artist, an arts worker, a local business, or a performer looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents and be part of an enriching artistic experience?

Tamborine Mountain Arts Collective invites you to register your interest in participating in the 2024 Arts Trail that will run on Tamborine Mountain in May 4-12th spanning Labour Day and Mother’s Day weekends, with additional workshops and events throughout the week.

A vibrant canvas

The Arts Trail offers the public a chance to discover beautiful Tamborine Mountain as it transforms into a vibrant canvas for the Arts Trail! Step into the heart of creativity exploring the hidden sanctuaries of artists’ studios, pop-up exhibitions, installations and outdoor sculpture exhibits.

The Art Trail celebrates a myriad of arts forms from painting, ceramics, jewellery and sculpture to live music and poetry; and provides a rare opportunity to meet and mix with artists in their studios and partake in artist-led masterclasses and artist talks.

Recovery trail

This year, our journey under the theme ‘Recovery’ represents a collective step toward healing, fortifying our community bonds, celebrating creativity and resilience, and fostering mutual growth.

Get involved

In 2024, we plan to feature 50 Artist studios as well as a range of  exhibitions, workshops, performances, and other activities.

We’re wanting to showcase an extensive range of activities, including traditional and digital forms within visual and performing arts, storytelling, Artist Open Studios, exhibitions, workshops, and performances.

These diverse, immersive experiences are designed to nurture connection, learning, and collective rejuvenation. Together, let’s engage in this rich tapestry of artistic expression and community spirit, embarking on a path of recovery and shared growth.

For Artists

For artists, this event offers a chance to meet new audiences, inspire visitors, and share the meanings behind their work. A comprehensive online directory will provide a guide to studio locations, events & performances along with information about the artists involved. Join the community of artists, crafters, musicians, storytellers, and creative minds that make the Tamborine Mountain Arts Trail a notable event each year.

For Businesses

Take advantage of the Arts Trail weekend to boost your visibility and offerings. Keep your doors open to welcome visitors, host an artist, showcase performers, partner with a local artist(s) for in-store activities, decorate your shop front, etc. This is a great opportunity to engage with the community and support local art.
